Extremely unreliable. Drivers cancel, or delay pick up times and then cancel (which is worse). Drivers can claim to be at the pick up point on the app, when the map show they clearly aren't (they'll be 5 minutes away and still claim to be at the pick up point, try and make you walk to them, and then cancel when you're obviously not there). It doesn't matter how much time you give them, they will screw you over. Choose anything else. Trains, buses, Uber, literally anything is better.

This app is easy to use, however the fare calculation is terrible. I was charge €12 for a journey and €26 for the return journey. I put this to Bolt, but only got scripted answers as to why it was a correct price. The distance difference was 0.1 of a kilometer. If you use this app pay only with cash. Make sure the driver meters the journey you take if possible, or agree price before taking taxi.

The app enables drivers to extract the highest possible amount. Regular rides are shown as available but drivers reject this and only accept desperate customers who choose the premium fee. I was also charged a 'waiting fee' because the driver missed me twice. I had to run to him. They then refused a refund for the 'waiting fee'. It feels like a scam and I won't use it again.
