We didn't bring any food or drinks since we just wanted to order things here. We can't even log in into the app ... I am so excited for this 4 and half hours long journey without water and food... maybe you should also put a disclaimer on your website how bad your app is so people don't get stuck on the train without food and water like we did.

App is constantly hanging. Food ordering on train is not possible, after payment is completed on the secure payment portal and confirmed with the bank, the app just crashes and logs me out. After logging in, the order is thete, but further payment attempts end with mysterious blue error screen. Never again relying on getting any food on this rail service. Why can't one order and pay to the stewards? How can you put this clearly unfinished and untested app as the only way to book services?

just doesn't work. I entered my ticket number, app forced me to create regiojetpay account. my ticket still wasnt in the list of my tickets. When I tried to kogin with ticket number, it asked for a password. password reset didnt work. Whoever developed this app, I hope you travel for 40 hours, then get on regiojet train and then don't get any drink or food for 7 hours because the app is broken.
