i was using my browser, put a cpl of things in my cart, a pop up appears, get 10% off in the app and free delivery. conveniently the code does not work for these goods, same ones from my other cart, from when the pop up appeared, and the free shipping is also not free for my area... so i downloaded their app under false pretence. now you lost a sale.

1st Aug 2026 UPDATE: same issues as before, saved items diasappear or I get an error code. It switches in and out of my account, as if I am not logged in but I am, so I can't see my saved items or what's in the basket. It is also slow and lags, has a mind of it's own. It's so annoying as the app is meant to be more user friendly than a website. I'm moving house soon and will just have to use the website instead (although its so long-winded) as this app is useless.

A good app, and I've not had a problem when ordering furniture, shipping has always been prompt and ultimately a good experience. but the search function is not helpful at all, you'll often get suggestions that you didn't search for. and if you're going to say that a product will be "1-day delivery", I don't want to click on it only to find out that it will actually come in a week 😑 sort that out please
