I have so far, bought many items from Wish, a lot have far exceeded my expectations. But I have had a couple that have sent me different items, that were not the items that I wanted, and ignore me when I sent a message. Wish needs to improve the service of certain stores, that decide to send substandard items in place of the ones bought. The items can take a long time to be delivered, and some well after the expected delivery date.

It's clear from the get go very little is authentic, 90% of whats on here is knock of brands and stolen pictures. However, sometimes the stuff you get isn't half bad and it's usually £2. Im happy enough with that, you get what you pay for.. But the app itself is full of false deals and misleading offers. Should you apply an offer at the C/O many times it won't actually remove the discount. Furthermore, the customer service denies any responsibility and consistently refuse to refund them.

Love Wish! I know other people have had bad experiences, but I haven't yet, and I've been using it for about a couple of years now. Have bought quite a lot from here, and all has been as expected (I always look at customer reviews/pics of the item first). I just never receive one of my orders, but wasn't too fussed about it: requested a refund a little too late for that item, but no matter. Have bought lots of make-up from Wish, and have never had an issue with it! My brother loves it too!
