About this app

Tired of not knowing why you feel the way you do? Eat Smart Kiwi is a food intolerance tracker and food symptom diary that helps you uncover the links between what you eat and how your body reacts. Log meals and symptoms to identify foods that may not agree with you — including delayed IBS-type reactions. Whether you're dealing with bloating, stomach pain, headaches, skin breakouts, low energy, or mood shifts, Eat Smart Kiwi uses correlation analysis to find your personal food sensitivities. Just record your meals and symptoms each day — we handle the pattern-finding for you.

Track Your Entire Health Journey
Diet & Meals: Fast, easy logging with our built-in food database
Symptoms & Conditions: Track bloating, pain, digestion, skin, sleep, and mood
Biometrics & Lifestyle: Log exercise, weight, bowel movements, or anything else relevant to you

Understand What Your Body Is Telling You
After a few days of logging, you'll unlock personalised insights on your triggers. See which foods make your conditions worse and which make them better, along with the strength of each correlation, whether others in the community share your experience, and relevant scientific research on specific foods and conditions.

Simple, Private, Synced
Syncs across Android, iPhone, and the web
Unlike calorie counters focused on weight loss, we focus on how food affects how you feel
Optional nutrient breakdown available if you want it

it's still early days, and I won't be able to judge any analysis for a few weeks, but the app is easy to use, I like that you can create conditions and recipes, so anything is traceable. one thing I feel this app is missing is a better hydration tracker. i add water as meals and have to go back on my full day to see how much water/herbal tea I had. It would be great to just have a hydration tally that shows you how much hydration you had on the day, just a glass icon or something.

Thank you for your review. As an initial solution, the latest version (10.5.0) now includes hydration in the nutrient summary. To turn on, pick "Show Nutrition Summary" on the Settings tab. Then on the diary screen, tap "Total Calories" and change it to "Hydration". Contact info@eatsmartkiwi.com if you need assistance or have further feedback!

This app is amazing! Exactly what I needed. It's 4 star because I have a few suggestions for improvements. 1) some nutritional information is incorrect, would be great if there was a place to quickly feed back on this without providing an email address. 2) reference lines for recommended daily intake would be helpful on some charts 3) ability to monitor hydration levels, taking into account the type of beverage consumed. Otherwise, thanks for such a great app and keep doing what you're doing!

This app is amazing. I really needed to keep on top of my bowel movements & food/water intake after a complication with a laparoscopy, I was very ill & I had to change my whole diet to antiflammatory. I honestly couldn't have managed it without this app. It's so easy to use & you don't have to spend any money to access certain parts, you have the option to pay for a pretty impressive feature that will track your intolerance patterns for you but that is an option, the rest is free & very helpful!

Thank you for the nice review. There is already a dark mode: Under Settings, scroll down to the bottom, and you can set "theme" to be either light, dark or system (system means it defaults to whatever your phone is set to). Feel free to contact info@eatsmartkiwi.com if anything could be improved for you.
