The problem is customer service. To save everyone time, there is no point in trying to contact customer service as it's to AI with no real help. they'll connect you to a "customer service," but it's just a trap where it's still AI cosplaying human. After going through all that, they finally connect you to a human customer service (yes, they announce this), which is still usless as they fovever to respond and just cancel on you. Frustrating because it's actually not bad for finding clothes.

Clothes were really cute and surprisingly decent quality, bearing in mind some of these pieces were under £9 each. Very flattering on a plus size/"curvy" figure as well. App works well and has plenty of discounts etc. Shipping takes a very long time compared to what we are used to now with next day and so on, but it's part of the trade off of it being so cheap. Would recommend giving a go if you're on the fence.

Although the app has cute items but like all other Asian fast fashion websites, do not expect anything better from them. I have posted 2 reviews about a month ago of the items I previously bought, which has a tag of No Machine Wash/No Dryclean, and it still has not been posted (no help from customer service). They claim to be checking the posting/language guidelines, which was more than professional. They are simply afraid of the item's true quality getting publicised.
