Extremely dissapointed with the customer service/refound policy. I ordered something for my wife's birthday with plenty of time fot it to come. 2 weeks at least and in the app it says 5-7 working days. When i saw that it doesnt arrive i started asking questions and found out that it is out of stock. No problem then. Cancel the order and I went out and got something else. But instead of cancelling the order after I said that i want a refound 4-5 times, they still send it. Never again. Uninstall.

Don't waste your time and money. The fabric of these items makes the cheapest primark items seem top quality. Customers service is basically inexistent and I'm still waiting on my refund from a month ago. The app is easy to use when ordering but unbelievably difficult when it comes to you having a problem. An absolute joke. I will probably have to report them as fraud soon since they do not appear to be in a rush to refund me for the items I've returned on my own expense.

Be aware! Gentle warning to anyone who wants to buy from ChicMe. The products I bought were different sizes, not as it has been described on their webpage. So I had to send them back the items. They were delaying this procedure by trying to convince me with several time wasting messages to keep the products for 10% then 20% and finally for 30% refund. I did not want to keep them as I've had no use of them and wanted my original price back (£32.81). Eventually they told me how to send them back t
