The most recent update 'fixed connectivity issues and improved loading times'. Since the update instead of 50%+ of the time the app doesn't connect when opening and I have to restart, it hardly ever connects. I've only managed to connect once since the update despite repeatedly reopening it, on multiple different occasions. This means I can't change my offline status. Thanks, Blizzard.

made an account ages ago but now for some reason I have no access whatsoever. tried looking for support, but the website didn't show me any!!! additionally, I tried to make a new account to see if that'd fix the problem, but no! instead, I got stuck in a loop of puzzles to prove that I wasn't a robot, but all 30 separate puzzles I did seemingly wasn't enough... it's a shame, the app was accessible and actually good at one point.

This app sucks. I'm stuck in an infinite loop of log ins, I've changed my default browser, uninstalled and reinstalled 6 times, cleared my cache and everything else I've read I need to do. Now I cant log in, I'm just getting "Oops, something went wrong!" But the rate us pop up works fine. Neat. Update: I cant access friends, chat or my authenticator, but I just got a push notification for the new Diablo 4 expansion, and the store works juuuuuust fine.
