The products I've received so far appear to be well made and good value. But I'm finding the whole banggood system of rewards and discounts, and constant marketing, confusing and slightly annoying. The poor English used for both item descriptions and instructions for using the website adds another layer of confusion (or exciting uncertainty, if you want to put a more positive spin on it).

Ordered an item, over two weeks later and still being processed with no option to cancel. Doubt I'll see the item. Ended up ordering another from a rival which is already dispatched. Never use again. Rubbish. Soon after the above review received a message that item is out of stock but no option to refund. DO NOT USE. THEY'LL JUST KEEP YOUR MONEY.

DO NOT USE! IT'S A CON! Having ordered an item and paid a hefty amount for express shipping, they delivered my item to the wrong COUNTRY! All I get from customer service is "check your local post office" and "the item has been delivered". Customer service just running me around in circles and not doing anything to resolve the issue, will not refund me the delivery fee or replace the item. It's a con, spend your hard earned somewhere else!
