The app has several issues. Booking notifications are sent, but when you check the app, the booking doesn't appear. Additionally, the availability section is incomplete. Sitters also face difficulties, such as not being chosen by parents who have marked them as a favourite. It's important for sitters to be mindful that not all parents prefer to make payments through a third-party service. My input wasn't considered when the app was developed, even though they claim to have listened to us.

This is the worst thing sitters have done. How can you launch the app that isn't even working with no back up. I receive notifications only to find out that bookings are no longer available. I have bookings rejected, and then they reappear. At the moment, I have a booking pending for the past 7 days. I have emailed sitters but received no reply, I guess their email not working also. I have now deleted the app.

My experience with this app has been dreadful. Availability calendar still not working after several weeks of the new app. I'm barely getting any job offers & if I do they are miles away, when I do get offers it takes several days for confirmation to come through & payment takes almost a week to show up in my bank account. Such a poor move Sitters.
