It's alright. Really annoying you can't use it at petrol pumps and have to wave your physical membership card at the pump. Also, the navigation through the monthly offers catalogue is very clunky and anytime you open an item for a closer look you're chucked out of the catalogue and have to reload it again. Still, I suppose Costco is all about keeping costs down so an "okay" app is probably to be expected.

Not fit for purpose. Says card expired, it has an old card number. I was told I need to change the number. I didn't enter the number in the first place, so how could I change it? Spent over 30 minutes in store, explaining and reiterating. They were both clueless. Told me delete & redo but register new acc. It kept saying I need to fix email field, probably because an account is already registered. Got told to 📞 customer service. Not gonna bother! I've wasted too much time.

This app is so much better than the old one. However, it would be even better if you can put what the prices of the products are in store also. This would allow the customer to make the decision to either have the item delivered or to visit the store. If they visit the store the customer would probably buy more products. So it's a win win for Costco and customer. Stock levels in-store would be great but this maybe be too complicated.
