Vintelo Sip Notes is a personal tasting journal built for wine and coffee enthusiasts who want to capture every detail of what they drink.

Each entry lets you record the name, producer, vintage or roast date, and your overall score on a detailed rating scale. A curated library of aroma descriptors — covering fruit, floral, earthy, spice, and roast categories — makes it easy to tag exactly what you smell and taste without having to type from scratch. Add free-form notes for anything that doesn't fit a tag.

The journal works completely offline with no account required. Everything you log stays on your device. There are no ads, no subscriptions, and no paywalls.

The app includes a few named color themes — two light and two dark — so you can match the interface to your preference or the lighting around you. First-time users are walked through a short two-screen introduction that explains how logging works.
