Nowadays most of the bookings can be directly done with the actual hosts/operators. Tiqets provides a big 0 after sales support if anything goes wrong. Also, I noticed that I had far better and smoother experience when I booked directly and got better seats/better treatment. Not to mention, they do useless additions to tickets to create an attractive looking package but when you book the same thing directly, it is usually much cheaper without any of their added non-sense.

I have been promised a full refund after I complained, I was told this would take 3 to 5 working days, I know as a fact that a refund is instant, as soon as its processed the funds will be back in my account. It has now been 3 weeks and still nothing, they are very quick to take our money, but as soon as there is an issue they just blank you out, disgusting!! PLEASE BE AWARE!!

refused to give us a refund on 2 tickets despite us not even being able to go into the park due to it closing after 5pm, when we got there at 4:11pm. so I attempt to get a refund and get told no because they were "non refundable" and get told the hours were on the tickets. in tiny print in the corner of the ticket. do not book through them. I can't even get a partial refund or anything.

Hi Jay. We are sorry for your dissatisfaction. Opening hours are displayed on the product page before purchase and on the issued ticket. It is the customer's responsibility to check these prior to their visit. As tickets are non-refundable per the venue's policy, we cannot issue a refund. Kind regards, Tiqets Team
