Increasingly hard to recommend. Features get announced, like MCP, then locked behind invisible "rollout waves" you can't join, track, or ask about. Query it and you're told to wait. Your own training data, stuck behind a queue nobody will explain. Add the constant subscription pushing and it's an app coasting on a network effect it built a decade ago. One star until they let people use what they're advertising.

Most apps add features to the paid version, in order to attract subscribers. Strava, on the other hand thinks they can get you to subscribe by constantly removing features from the free version. 'Matched Rides' is the latest to go. At this rate there'll be so few features of any use on the free version, they won't be getting any new users. May as well just use your cycle computer.

Perfect for GPS and recording my runs, with useful data such as splits. However, unless the only thing you want the app for is to time and track a run, the majority of the useful features are exclusively part of the payed subscription. I would recommend the website 'on the go map' for route planning then strava for GPS tracking and timing. Overall, it does the job I need it to do perfectly.
