This app is an absolute nightmare to sign into if you've done the right thing and protected your account with a passkey. The only way is to sign into my account on my PC, which is in another room and switched off, or even in another country when travelling. This, combined with the fact that it doesn't stay logged in (WHY?!), makes the app pretty much useless. Passkeys are supposed to make secure logins frictionless, but neither Sony nor Nintendo seem to grasp this. Rubbish.

worthless. tried for the last 8 days to open the app repeatedly. stuck with the loading circle in the middle of the screen. phones needed switched off 3 times after app freeze. using Motorola Razor 50 pro. runs Skyrim, Witcher and Hogwarts through steam but PlayStation app won't even load. absolutely worthless app. getting rid of sony don't even care about the several thousand of pounds I've spent. you're better off emulating on pc or using steam.

Just tried to open my app, goes to a page with sign in or create account (I was already signed in but OK) click sign in, little loading wheel pop up spins for a few seconds and goes back to the sign in or create account page. No update for the app showing, no error messages just won't let me try to sign in. So now I'm worried as there's a £9.99 from PlayStation showing on my bank, I dnt have psn I haven't bought anything on PlayStation store. What's going on????
