This app is completely unusable for me. It took around an hour of turning off Bluetooth/phone/watch repeatedly for it to eventually pair with my watch. I logged on to my Samsung account on the Samsung Health app, but for this app it won't let me log on as it won't send a verification code to my (correct) phone number. Then when I go to the customer support section, it won't let me click any buttons to get support! As well, when I try to access the store to change my watch face, it is blocked!

I like the smart device selection where you can get notified on your watch instead of your phone going off each time. However you should be able to selectively choose which apps get notified on your phone. For example, security apps and doorbell apps. By default Samsung overrides it for alarms. Why not make it configurable by the user? It's so annoying that my phone doesn't go off when someone rings my doorbell because I have this setting switched on and it's an all-or-nothing approach.

After another "wonderful" update some of the widgets are gone. Can't find out how many calories I have burned during the day anymore!!! This is the 3rd time I'm changing this bad review as Samsung keeps surprising with more stupid updates that lower the quality of their product. Let's spend £250 on a smartwatch that doesn't show calories burned and is not very smart...hmmm won't make that mistake again! I wish I haven't wasted my money. Next time will pay extra and get an apple watch
