One hour of calls per month for $5.99 simply isn’t enough. Calling a doctor, customer service or checking stock can involve long waiting and hold times, sometimes close to an hour before you even speak to someone. These waiting times are outside our control but still use the allowance. Please improve the Freedom Plan with more minutes, unlimited calls, or exclude time spent on hold.

We understand your frustration. Once a call starts, time is deducted as real-time transcription incurs costs. Note that we also offer an Unlimited plan for longer calls! Feel free to reach out via Settings > Need help to find the best option for you.

The app is well designed and generally looks nice and modern. This is a very useful app. However there is a big problem: the text size options are not very granular and there is no bold text option which is a problem for people with limited or low vision. Also, the themes need more background contrast.

Thank you for the detailed feedback! Accessibility is essential to us. We currently offer several text sizes and 4 contrast themes, but we’d love to do better. Please write to us via Settings > Need Help in the app to let us know specifically what you need (like bold text), your input will help us improve!

Update: Thank you for that voicemail message option!!! //For some strange reason, my other similar apps wouldn't let me answer calls, it forwarded everything to their Captioned voicemail. They'd never had this problem before. So I tried this one, and surprisingly, it set it up automatically. It would be even better if Rogervoice allowed me to add my own voicemail messages.
