Loved this game for what feels like years and if my review was based on that I'd give it a 4. But in recent months it won't let me play the game. It freezes as soon as I try to enter a case. Tried to contact the company for help. No response. Shame to get so far and get stopped in my tracks and no help from tech support but it means this game is literally unplayable for me now. I will be uninstalling.

I love the "Criminal Case" games. My boyfriend took over "Grimsborough" lol! He's addicted. They are FREE to play, with options to pay for things if you're in a position to. I don't mind the Ads to get energy and fund the game. One improvement would be able to use your coins to get energy. The "Supernatural" twist is a cool new idea. I've only just caught my first rogue Vampire in Case1. So far so good...

love the criminal case games, and I was excited to play scenarios that are more to my interest. I am disappointed by how long I need to wait for clues, 12 hours, 6 hours on the first case or pay to get it faster. I know all the games have this but in the original games the first cases were a couple of hours it seems a bit excessive to make someone wait 12 hours or pay. Would have rated higher if the wait wasn't so long.
