Terrible since it's last update. It doesn't allow me to pay with card, I have to keep paying in full via Klarna, I've always had Royalty and now it's not the next day, it takes 4 working days, app is stupidly slow. I have to log in every time I go into the app where before I was always logged in. after the 10 years I've been shopping on here, I'll be looking elsewhere. customer service on Instagram are great but the app itself is rubbish and the delivery service is poor.

Clothes are good quality, gorgeous and up to date with current trends, the random sales and discounts are amazing too. However, it doesn't keep you logged in when you're paying or when you want to check your order. you should only have to log in once. And another thing is that it's annoying to see items that are sold out, I don't know whether they just have too many clothes or something buut it stresses me out lol

I can't possibly think of a bad thing to say about this company! They have an amazing range of clothes for all you beautiful ladies (tall, petite, curvy, plus size etc.) and the clothing is reasonably priced plus there is a sale on most of the time (I got 25% off my order yesterday due to one of their 12 hour sales!) I've also never had a problem with the delivery, it always arrives within the time frame suggested and there is no problem with sending clothes back! 100% recommend!
