I've played quite a few metroidvania games and came into this completely blind. After around 5 hours in, I honestly really like it. The story is progressing, the gameplay is easy to pick up, challenging and fun, whilst the variety of enemies is impressive and at times horrific. Very much bloodborne vibes with some of them. Also I love the castlevania homages, especially the score. Only gripe I have is that you can't seem to be able to swap rings or armour around. At least I haven't found out.

Honestly, i'd rather get a refund for this, because it is literally unplayable and i've already contacted app support with no response whatsoever. The device being used to access the game is a Samsung SM-M146B and the game had started freezing mid-playthroughs a while back that only were solved by closing and reopening the app, but recently the game simply won't save my progress and instead redirects me back to the tutorial. Should've skipped this purchase when i saw those low ratings.

I'm surprised why I did not come across this gem earlier. This is a solid Metroidvania game with great pixel art graphics. I'm addicted to it! The controls do take getting used to but once you get the hold of them they work pretty well. I wish the devs add a 30fps cap option though. This game does eat more battery than other games i play. So that's the only minor complaint i have. Rest everything is well done!
