The PhysiApp® app lets you download your PhysiApp home exercise program to your Android phone.

Once you've installed this app on your Android phone, all you need to do is login to the app with the access code that you received from your healthcare provider.

Next, you can download your custom-made home exercise program, consisting of high-definition, clearly narrated exercise videos. You can even use Chromecast to play the videos on your Chromecast device.

From now, you will know exactly which exercises have been prescribed to you, and how you are supposed to perform them.

With PhysiApp, you can securely report back to your physiotherapist or chiropractor how much you completed of a given exercise, and if you felt any pain.

PhysiApp lets your physiotherapist or chiropractor track your progress in detail, and intervene if necessary.

not flexible enough with options for hypermobility. for each exercise it needs to have other ways to safely do the exercises and isolate the correct muscles.... also I'd like a visual representation of the muscles that I should be feeling activated, so them to glow in red or something to show all o should be feeling. the explanation isn't detailed enough or worded well enough. it's not clear direct explanation. it leaves too much to Interpretation for those who've never worked out.

Firstly, it's nicely organised and easy to find the programme. Most exercises are well described or have a good video. A few weren't clear or there were no instructions on how to regress it if you couldn't do it (shin box, lateral thigh stretch for example). A couple of times I accidentally hit 'complete' and there is no way to undo this. This isn't a problem if you are going to complete it later. I hate the childish rewards and gamification. I don't need 'stickers'!

Thanks so much for this thoughtful feedback — it's clear you've been engaging closely with the app! We're glad the layout and exercise content are working well for you overall, and your points about clearer regression instructions and the ability to undo a completed exercise are really valuable suggestions we'll pass along to the team.

I believe I've reviewed this before but we've had a couple of updates since then and this most recent one (a checkbox for whether the exercise is to be performed on "both sides" seems so pointless or at least not well thought through. 2 reasons: (1) Not every exercise involves "sides", for example touching your toes) so surely should only appear for exercises that involve limbs? (2) It mentions a "timer" but none of the exercises involve a timer, so what purpose is it serving? June 26: still 👎

Thank you for your feedback. Our team is currently releasing an update right now to fix the timing and rep issues you mentioned. We appreciate your specific notes on the "both sides" checkbox and timer display. Please contact us at support@physiapp.com if you have further concerns.

What’s new

Completing exercises is smoother: quick complete works for more programs, a new screen marks finishing all your exercises, and you can give session feedback from the home screen. Videos have a refreshed player. We also fixed the app closing when opening email or notification settings, PDFs not opening on some devices, the dialer not opening in intake emergencies, and other small issues.
