A great way to schedule your training programme HOWEVER take the recommended paces and advice with a large dose of caution. The app does not know your life or and all the things that contribute to your total training stress and you can run yourself into the ground trying to keep this app happy! Listen to your body! I also felt there was some bad advice about weight, especially during last week of taper, where the focus should be on fuelling.

Good for planning runs according to your ability, gives useful tips and insights into your performance. However, the GPS tracker doesn't work very well. I ran 5k and it only registered 2k! Plus, I kept having to look at my screen to check my progress on that run, which was inaccurate. I currently use another app to track my runs before inputting into Hal's app. The app could benefit from fixing the GPS issue and having voice input each km or so. Subscribed user.

Overrated. If you're looking for a basic solution to a manual training plan, it might be useful. Anything more, forget it. It has the potential to use all the data in the world with the Garmin integration. How much does it use? Time, and Pace. As a paying subscriber, I encountered an issue. The only solution I was given by the support team 6 weeks into my training plan was that I'd need to start an entirely new plan to fix the issue. No refund offered, so I had to pay for the inconvenience.
