a bit clunky to navigate. NO explanation of fees anywhere. If I'm purchasing something, I want to pay the insurance, not the seller. There is no option for this. If I agree a sale price with someone then go to send the money I can't pay that fee, I have to manually calculate it, but I can't do that as you don't clearly state anywhere what the fee is. I spent almost half an hour looking and gave up. I don't want to have to then try and get the seller to send an invoice...it's too much hassle.

It is incredibly buggy and there's no reason to install it. If you are using PayPal to pay for things then it just directs you to PP website and you pay that way. I thought the app would be a good way to stay on top of my finances and would be easier than the website except the app doesn't really work it just contains adverts. If I go to the web version I can see all my purchases up until yesterday. If I use the app it says I haven't made a single purchase since April.

Youāre better off using your own debit or credit card. In my experience, you get far more buyer protection than with PayPal, which I found offered very little protection when I needed it. Thereās also no live person to speak to when something goes wrongāeverything is automated, and I found the system unreliable. I used PayPal for many years, but after my experiences with them, I eventually closed my account and will never use PayPal again.
