The app doesn't let you log into your account by any method, trying to log in normally comes up with a connection error, trying to log in via Google returns "server is busy, please try again later" and Facebook seems like it's currently unsupported. You're also unable to verify your account on the website, so as of the last week, I have been unable to make the purchase I wish to, because to trade in an old phone, you need to be logged in with a verified account, something you cannot do.

Don't believe a word they say. The too good to be true offers they claim are actually too good to be true. The last offer started at 10am and within seconds it was apparently 'sold out' only to reappear at full price an hour later. No idea why OnePlus would want to frustrate customers like this. Waste of time. Also the app keeps asking me to download the app I'm using!!! What's that all about?!

There's a real problem with this app. It is clearly optimised for the U.S market, which going off the OnePlus sales stats is ridiculous because their sales are significantly higher in EU and India Vs the U S. On top of that, OnePlus have recently being promoting device link for customers to get rewards, the problem is, no one in the EU can do that, we are all getting the error "user.area.mismatch", I have EIGHT OnePlus devices and every one of them is returning this error in the app.
