Overall a very useful app for memorising words and learning kanji. However, there's no way to send bug/error feedback. This needs to be available both on every relevant page and in settings, like other apps do it, so devs can easily identify the location it occurs. eg I have a screenshot of the wrong mnemonic on a kanji, but I cannot share that. Chat is inaccessible.

It's a decent app, especially for learning kanji and vocab. My only criticism is that they don't offer a membership option that goes month to month, you are forced to choose between a 1 year or 3 year membership plan, shelling out more upfront cash. I would actually subscribe if there were an option with less of an upfront cost, but due to the restrictive subscription model, unfprtunately I wont be subscribing.

I think that what is available for free is too limited. As someone who is already more advanced in Japanese (I have conversations in Japanese with natives frequently) I can't see how this app will be useful for me with what I've been exposed to. If there were a lifetime cost, maybe? But I don't see the worth in a continuous subscription, since there doesn't seem to be any live service. I feel like the lessons should have a set price at most. It's all pre-written after all. It's cute, though.
