Used to be really good, but recent updates put photos first and not files, it's really slow to load when it does open. But it often crashes when tapping on a notification to open it, and recently is crashes when trying to open it from the app icon. The only way I seem to be able to access the app is to open it from a widget. After years of using it, pretty much since it came out, it's gotten worse and I'm losing my patience with it to the point I'm looking for alternatives.

This app was great a year ago, but now it never displays my photos, constantly says 'item cannot be displayed', and gives no thumbnails. Also it's lagging and glitchy. I cannot find anything in the app because nothing is available or can be previewed. Everything fine on the Web version so you're app is not working. Multiple attempts to contact help support and no one has given me anything on how to fix it. This seems very common problem with users in the Microsoft forums too, but no resolution.

it's really good and it's great that files a backed up and that I have access on my phone and on my computer. the only annoying thing on the computer is that the files are transferred to the c drive when they were originally on a different drive and is confusing when the files often have duplicates with a different extension, and I believe you can't delete those or you might lose the originals.
