About this app

Music moves people; it unites us, it allows us to relax, and sometimes, when done right, it can even motivate us to do great things.

Poweramp does great things. Features like gapless play, an unmatched equalization system, great crossfade, and support for most popular music file format might all make Poweramp the best few $ you have ever spent in your life.

If you have not already, try out the free full trial version. The trial version will give you 15 days of the full, uninterrupted, Poweramp experience. That means you get to experience your music like only Poweramp can offer. If you need a few reasons why to buy the full version of Poweramp, here are two good reasons:

- Get all the future updates for free: Once you purchase Poweramp, all the future updates are free to you as long as you have the Unlocker.

- Have a dedicated music player: Poweramp is dedicated to being the best music player available, and we will never change from that. Poweramp is focus on doing nothing more than being a great music player.

Tried to play some music during my flight - all of a sudden it asked for verifying that the app is fully purchased...Doh! But I wasn't able to listen anymore as verification requires internet access and as you know, there isn't one in airplane mode. So had to use another player during flight. Had Poweramp for years now. Fix this, otherwise it's rubbish!!!

Useless when need to use flight mode, or simply have no signal due to licence problems. UPDATE: After horrible design change I'm genuinely regreting the purchase. It used to be more user friendly. It's unfair how they chaned it. We should at least get an option for the old look. Now I have to use other FREE player. Update: Thank you for the responce. I used to use the player for long time and the intermittent problem used to occur only while offline. I don't use the app anymore. wasted money.

Poweramp v3 checks license during first 24 hours after purchase. License is then stored on the device. No online checks are needed, you can even uninstall Unlocker, be offline, etc. You can check the license status in Poweramp settings / About (it will say: License is stored on the device). Thanks!

After having rubbish performance with the Oppo music app on my phone I was looking out for an alternative and found this one. Perfect for my needs as it found all the music on my phone (unlike the Oppo player!). Have seen others hate the UI but I love it! The customisation is great and the ability to download new album art within the app is great! One thing I would like to see is the ability to select a number of tracks at a time and have the ability to edit the genres on the ones selected.
