It's taken ages to get it working, it just wouldn't connect. I've contacted them numerous times but no one ever got back to me. I've finally got it working, but it's showing a white screen! Really fed up with it! Finally found out that I needed to remove the flicker rate that was automatically set, then the white screen disappeared and I got a picture..... The problem now is that it doesn't give me a video of events, only a snapshot! No notifications either! Useless!! Don't waste your money!

It's good but the playback doesn't work. it's always loading and I can't watch any replays from previous days. it also records every, single, movement and it's kind of annoying tbh. I hope they fix the playback and recording system of the device. I also hope that it doesn't log out a lot. It logs my phone out every 2 days and it's frustrating. I hope they fix this.

Gave up with the WiFi connection, never worked, even when a metre from router so it's a better connection now. One star because of that, plus the advertising is really annoying and they don't tell you their app contains adds when you buy the camera, unlike both of the other systems I use, which don't have adds. Probably something to do with Google but I am still getting location specific adds with adds and location turned off in the app. Would I get another camera? Definitely not.
