Rubbish update. The app keeps crashing, constantly says unexpected error. I deleted the app and re-downloaded it again, yet it isn't working. It says every day since the last few days, a new update is available and asks you to update it, and without an update, it doesn't let you to continue. I needed to update it every day in the last few days, yet it isn't working. It just keeps eating up your phone storage. It's such a useless, annoying update that it made the app totally unusable. 🙄

This does not seem to be a very serious app... Earlier, there was no way to add *any* item to the shopping basket. Now, at the point of payment, it presents a long list of imaginary credit cards and issues the message "Your payment method won't be charged because you're in a test environment". (Version: 8.12.0; updated on Aug 25th, i.e. four days ago)

if you want to spend your Red Coins, forget it. Won't add them to basket, and Levi's answer is reinstall app, clear cache, and if that doesn't work, email them If that's the perk of the app and its a known issue. why have you not addressed it. I've also had contact support, and other functions have not worked. It's great when it works, but frustrating that they can't seem to address these issues.
