Game is good, when it functions. Game intermittently only allowing time to pass when actively running the game which is very frustrating. Massively delays knowledge accrual. Sequence of tasks is sometimes very difficult to figure out. Thankfully lots of other plays have posted tips if you get stuck. Unless the processing bug is worked out I will probably uninstall this. More frustrating than enjoyable at the moment.

I always love these games, but I would love more balancing between the skills. Throughout the game I've had to have 90% of my population as scientists. This is because the skill necessity is unbalanced. Tech grind should exist, but it shouldn't be the only major hurdle. Also, what is with these crack collection puzzles? They are way too long! It's not fun crafting infinite ropes. Please increase the collection rate. Also, sometimes I return to the game after a day and no time has passed.

This game is frustrating. It's waiting for your Scientists to generate enough tech points to reach the next puzzle. I have LOVED Virtual Villagers since I was first able to play it years ago, but this "new" game is disappointing. The hints don't help you understand if more technology (tech points) are needed or if the Villager skill needs to be higher, and how Exploring factors in to the many caves and temples on the map. It's a P2P if you don't want to wait a month for a puzzle. Not worth it.
