if a transaction fails, your money is lost you will never get your initial tokens back, gone for ever, even if you refresh and update nothing happens. trust wallet is better. I won't recommend this app. I contacted their support team, sent screenshot as evidence, I think they even diverted the money to be honest after sending evidence, because I have had no reply and still my initial token isn't back, been 5 weeks now. DON'T USE THIS APP.

The D'CENT app wallet is simple & easy to use. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to get their crypto off the exchanges. However, there is room for improvement. I'd say that D'CENT should expand their sources for determining the price of assets as they are currently only using the average based off of Coin Gecko's data. I used Kraken exchange and just comparing the prices on some assets, there is a difference of £0.03 ($0.04) on some, this is a lot on large holdings. Overall I give ⭐⭐⭐⭐

It’s been a while, and the app is not showing the correct average for all of my holdings. I’ve waited through many updates hoping this issue would be fixed, but even after several updates it still hasn’t been resolved. It would be very helpful if this could be fixed as soon as possible. For example, one of my holdings had an average price of £1.86, but it is now showing £2.00. I’ve already updated the app and refreshed it, but the issue remains.
