JBL PartyBox

UPDATE: Sorry the speaker was not charging because the cable wasn't pushed in properly, so it is working as it should! 😆 What's wrong with the app now?! I've been using this app for a while with my 2 Partybox Encore Essential and it allowed me to find them even when they're on standby (as long as they're charging), but now i can't and i'm even struggling to pair to them using the Bluetooth on my phone. JBL you must have done something to it and it made it worse! Please put it back as it was!

I'm a great fan of JBL PartyBoxes per se, and this app is pretty decent. Well, it did used to be better, but since the last two software updates, I find I can longer pair two speakers via the app - the only way it can be done now is at the back panel of each speaker. I have a pair of 310s, and a 110. The app is fine for switching speakers, but that's it. 'Tap to search other speakers' does nothing.

I have just woken up this morning and I cannot control my partybox 710. All it says is its searching. The app looks different it now includes all the partyboxes. Which is great for THEM. But I have got no control of lights, EQ or turning on and off. I just turned down the bass last night and have no way of turning back up again on my Samsung tablet or my Xiaomi M11 phone. I can only control the volume that's it!... To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. PLEASE FIX THIS
