It could be a little more intuitive. Scrub that: it could be a LOT more intuitive. Once you get started it's brilliant, but the first time you use it you may well be frustrated at the lack of initial instructions. It's also frustrating that logs are limited in length and that only the person actually logged in on a device can claim finds, meaning that unlike ordinary geocaches, two or more people cannot share.

As a long term Geoacher I first looked at Adventure Lab when I did a Geocache which preceded the start of an AL trail. Although it is quite clever in the way questions pop up when you get close to the correct location, for me, finding Geocaches is more rewarding. Firstly, they are often in nice rural locations, and secondly, it is more rewarding finding something tangible. AL is well suited to keep people amused for a while on cities or towns as no need to rummage in busy places.

I enjoy doing Adventure Labs, although as I only come across them occasionally, I then have to work out what the relevant buttons do again - which isn't obvious! (And I like now being able to see multiple AL points on the map.) My one frustration is that whenever you open the app, it starts with the map very zoomed out. e.g. In Central London, you get a map covered with 50-100 overlapping pins, within about a 15 mile radius - which is completely useless, until you pinch zoom in, a few times.
