The Apps Ok although it can generate errors. Like yesterday it showed that I owed over £500 when I didn't owe a penny. Additionally yesterday I discovered I was charged £100 for leaving early, when I only signed up for a more expensive fixed price tariff because I was told by Fuse my last fixed price tariff had ended. Today in the chat (I hate chat!) Jamilla organised a refund for the £100 "exit fee that wasn't " and also reassured me that I didn't owe a penny... Very relieved! 🫡

Hey there! Sorry the app isn't clear. The £500 was your total bill to date (which you've already paid)! The exit fees were an error on our end which we're glad to have fixed now :)

This is a review for the app only. It is terrible. Just way more over complicated than it needs to be. Opening the app should show you exactly what you need to see, not Fuse energy site locations! - Tariff info (and end date!!!!) - Monthly usage - Rates - Statement list Instead, it is just all requires awful navigation, and at times is like finding a needle in a haystack.

The app is pretty easy to use and does largely what you would expect it to. My one bugbear is the use of a slider to adjust the payment amount for a fixed direct debit. There is no manual value input option. I'm quite dexterious, but OMG was it difficult to select the exact value I wanted to pay. From an accessibility perspective it's terrible!
