I'm not sure why anyone would use this app. If you try to manage a booking or check in it just links you to a webpage in your browser. All it really does is offer an interface to buy Scoot flights which isn't any better than the normal website. Most flight apps will do something useful like store mobile boarding passes or let you track your flight details quickly, this doesn't do any of that. I'm not angry about it, I like Scoot as an airline, but this app really is fairly pointless.

Unbelievable, 1 year later the app hasn't improved. 1. Keeps signing me out! Super troublesome. Even when I enable fingerprint login it doesn't work the next time. 2. Even after adding flights, the 'next flight' disappears after a few weeks. So I need to re-enter the details AGAIN. It's SUPER ANNOYING. We're talking multiple flights. This app is worse than AirAsia.

I experience diificulty in searching my booking, only manage it after a few trial. After check-in to my flight I cannot see my boarding pass, the app direct me to old boarding pass from last trip instead. The app also do not direct or remind passenger to print boarding pass at kiosk or service counter for boarding at Kuching which hs special requirement compare to other airport.
