Using the app and connecting to device via Bluetooth it's a very slow app! takes around 6 seconds to go between each screen. it's just infuriatingly slow. Even if I press settings, then go back it's loading for 6 seconds. my word, in this day in age it shouldn't really happen. I'm using a Motorola razr 50 ultra, so it's not an old tech phone either. I now can't switch between the screens because my phone's back, home and screen select sit over the top of the options to go between EQ , sound etc.

Could you please confirm whether the issue still occurs after updating to FiiOControl version 4.6.1?

Seems to be more interested in tracking your location than working properly. Brand new KA17, always shows disconnected, forcing you to reconnect. Reconnecting always demands location tracking, which I won't allow. Maybe the app deliberately breaks to try and force you to comply with being tracked. Hardware seems okay but this app is too focused on the wrong thing.

May I ask if this issue still occurs in the latest version?

Hoped to use it control EQ on my Fiio K17 , which it doesn't do. I have been able to connect to the device and see the existing EQ profiles but I cannot edit custom profiles. I can edit one setting, but then cannot move on to another without exiting the profile. I have been using on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra and it's quite obviously not designed for a tablet screen but forcing it into phone mode, it's a still terribly designed app. It's now reverted back to Chinese so game over.

What’s new

1. Fixed an issue where switching the communication mode of older devices from SPP to BLE could prevent connection.
2. Fixed an issue where JA11 volume settings could not be saved.
3. Fixed an issue where BR13 could not switch to low latency mode.
4. Fixed an issue where some devices could not rename custom EQ presets.
5. Fixed an issue where KA11 channel balance was uneven after volume adjustment.
6. Miscellaneous improvements.
