Expatrio - Study in Germany

Have not recieved my money yet. It's been four, five days since I completed all the requested formalities, I need money to Pay rent, security deposit and to liveee. The rent and security deposits are due. There's no response from customer care either, the app just keeps looping between pages. Worst experience. Please don't go for it for blocked account if you're alone and no one to help you, you'll literally get stranded without money.

I am very disappointed with the Expatrio app. The customer service does not respond quickly, and getting help can take a long time. The identity verification process is also very complicated. There are so many steps and so much verification required. It is difficult to access and withdraw your own money.
