keep trying to login to the app on my android and keep getting a black screen. when I close the app and restart the app, it keeps spinning, like it's trying to load and never does. I have v1.2.10 downloaded.

Hey Mandalorian, sorry about the trouble you're seeing with login. We'd like to understand what's happening and will need a few more details to investigate. An approximate timestamp and any error code or screenshot (if available) would really help. If you can, please share them here: https://go.ea.com/EACMBugForum

They literally won't let you type a message. There are like 20 pre-typed things you can send them. EA desperately tries to shelter anyone from anything that could be upsetting. Its sucks the social aspect from gaming and this is why indie titles are winning. Hopefully the new owners won't insist on bubble wrapping everything.

Hey, sorry for the frustration. If you’re trying to message someone who isn’t currently on your EA friends list, you’ll only see preset messages. If this is happening with someone who is already your EA friend, we’d like to take a closer look. Please share a few more details with us here: go.ea.com/EAConnectMobileForum

There is an annoying bug where the app dims when you return to it and can only be fixed by a restart.

Hey Sheldon, sorry about the trouble with the app dimming. We’d like to understand what’s happening and need a few more details to investigate. What were you doing right before it happened, and had you just opened a notification, chat, or another screen? A screenshot or screen recording would also really help: https://go.ea.com/EACMBugForum
