If using gift card make sure you don't click return button once you input gift card details as it will be redeemed even if you don't complete the transaction/the whole payment. I know need to get in touch with customer service - waste of time š«©. And it'll only let you apply one gift card at the checkout, so if you have more than one then select one with the amount to cover all or most of your purchase. Not very sofisticated ...

Absolutely impossible to cancel an order. The app resets delivery type after swapping out of the basket/checkout, so after making an order and realising a mistake, it says it's not possible to cancel an order except with support, which isn't available outside of 8am-5pm. The queue for support is so long that the order will get processed before you can even tell anyone you wanted to cancel it, which they can't anyway. Also you're forced to watch a long, slow animation every time you open the app

Hopeless! Unable to pay for my order. I tried at least 10 times. Each time I reach the checkout it says "technical error please try later". The same happens if I try to make the same purchase using the website. I rang customer service. All they could tell me was that from their side, everything was working normally. I asked if I could pay over the phone. They said no, so it appears they have lost the sale. I wonder how many hundreds of customers per day are having the same experience.
