Overall a good app. I would like the developers fix the issue of authorizing more than one device at once. Cureently, if multiple authorized devices havent connected to the network for a while, i have to enable them in the app. When trying to enable a second device, it says "please try again". I can only enable another device one at a time by restarting the app. This has been the case for months. Please fix for a 5 star review

Used to be able to just go straight to settings using my phone, now it's asking for a password for admin ( which I never set up). tried everything I could think of, but no joy. Was hoping latest update would fix this, but seems not ( and no, I do not want to have to mess around trying to connect using a computer). Can't you just rollback the software till you fix this issue? Or fix it quicker? well, you've updated the software again, but haven't fixed the one thing that doesn't work. well done.😡

Hi, Gordon:
Thanks for reaching out! The initial sign-in requires your Netgear account credentials. Once inside the app, you'll need your router's admin account username and password (NOTE: The default for these are admin and password respectively). If you continue to experience issues, please contact us directly at netgearteam@netgear.com.

The app is ok - gives you the very basics, anything more and you'll been to use a browser, but the biggest issue was the constant nagging about a 30 day trial of Parental Control! This appeared every time I opened the app, with no obvious way of telling it to go away forever - I then made the mistake of enabling it (thinking I'd then go and turn it off) only to find it changed my DNS settings without asking, and couldn't be removed! Took a factory reset to clear, so now I just use a browser.
