As an avid mtg player, I love this. I've built up a massive collection of high end staples in only 3 months of playing. Truly a budget game, and its quick and easy to pick up. Whilst you do need an internet connection, its easy on your mobile data. Definitely a game to play if you're looking for something to play when you're not playing magic

OLD REVIEW: Just a really great game with such a generous F2P attitude. You'll want to donate your money anyway. Do yourself a favour and download it NOW! If I had a minor quibble, it's that the interfaces, menus etc. are so slow - but not the game itself. Funny that. EDIT: After a good few sets now, I'd have to say that DWD don't seem to bother or care making sure each "faction" is balanced, leading to insufferable metas usually when each set breaks until the nerfs come in. Very annoying.

The game mechanic is fun, but the difficulty increases constantly and there is no way to stay in your comfort zone. It becomes a bit frustrating after a while. You will get less rewards, because the NPCs beat you with better stuff you probably can't get, but if you can accept that it is a fun way to waste your time, if you're waiting for something or someone IRL. However, it's mostly a game of luck: For example, you can't prepare for your Gauntlet opponents, because they are secret and random.
