- Item location is now shown on the item detail and order item detail screens.
- Fixed a bug where it wasn't possible to confirm a substitution on scheduled orders because the button was missing.
- Fixed a crash that could occur when an order has neither a release nor a confirm time.
- Corrected copy on the no-substitution removal dialog and the unsubstitutabl items confirmation sheet.
- Fixed leading empty space in the app bar title.
