I think it's cool having the chance to speak with my bias, but there were quite a few problematic things. 1. The limit to one text is only 30 characters (which seems fine at first, but then I realised that I can only send three texts which meant I couldn't even compliment or congratulate the idol properly) 2. The translations were off. It's a shame that I can't talk with the idol properly. So overall, I don't think it's worth the money

I love having the chance to talk to idols but the character limit is not enough to form a full sentence half of the time. plus if I delete a message I should get to send another one in it's place. also, while I do appreciate the translation, the translations given are hardly accurate and make it difficult to converse with the idol. this has lead to a couple of the members having to translate it themselves which is less than ideal. I think working on these aspects will improve the experience.

It's nice to it messages BUT THE PRICES INCREASED!!!most people who have the app are young and unable to work so when they increased the prices its harder to keep up! I'm sure alot of people had to cancel their subscription bc of the price increase!and then the fact you jave to get an album to get certain things too!as a broke stay I think to make the app more accessible to all age groups of stay and baby stay too te prices should stay the same as they were!it's nice getting photos too though
