really well thought through game system. no ads, and no pay to win, just a solid, rogue like, strategy/tactics dice game with a fantasy theme. Addictive 'just one more fight' sort of game. Enjoyably satisfying when the dice turn up in your favour, and when they don't... well you gotta roll again!

Probably one of the best games I've played in a long while! The mechanics seem simple at first glance, but the devs make use of them in creative ways that keep the game feeling fresh with every run. I'm playing the demo mode at the moment, which only goes up to fight 12 (instead of 20) each run and locks off the alternate modes, however there are no ads/pay2win which is a rare sight in modern games. I will be purchasing the full version when I have the money! 10/10 would recommend! Very fun

This game is genuinely almost perfect. Great concept, great implementation. Free demo to try before you can buy the game, which I did instantly. The RNG can be a harsh mistress, but that's part of the fun. The only thing that I didn't like was that usually you build a great team and then are forced to change it through a class upgrade, destroying your team. It is so frustrating. [Edit - this has been solved and so much content added. Upped to an easy 5 star review].

Thanks for the review, this is a popular sentiment. There is a cross at the top-right to decline a hero-upgrade. It is sometimes optimal to skip t2-t3 upgrades, but probably not t1-t2.
