Bose QC Earbuds

I've tried various earbuds and their apps and this is the worst app of them all. It's so slow to fully start, regularly hangs and misses basic functionality. for example, selecting the read Manual option, instead takes you to the Bose Store web page. It's not unusable, and shouldn't put you off the earbuds, but, if you're deciding between these and others, consider how useful the apps are.

I really need to stop buying anything Bose as the hardware is great but the software is unnecessarily poor. In this instance, the noise cancelling has no customisation beyond on or off, it can't manage headphones that are connected to the device without reconnecting them, and the settings reset every time they're connected. It'd be difficult to forgive this in an £18 headset, in a £180 headset it's unacceptable.

It finds the available devices but will not let me select them! Completely useless! These headphones are so annoying because every time I accidentally touch them (which happens a lot as one keeps falling out of my ear) they open up Spotify and start playing a song, even when I'm in the middle of listening to something else. Grrrr! I was hoping this app would help me change their settings, but nope!
