The ultimate rhythm training app for musicians. Learn to read, recognize, tap and write rhythms from simplest to most advanced. Rhythm is one of the most important aspects of music and one that every musician should become proficient with. it would be nice to customize arcade mode and have it start from a more advanced point, also maybe have a no fail option to allow you to just keep going through and practicing as sometimes I find my phone just doesn't register the tap, forcing me back to start with the easy stuff again. Also tempo control would be great. Aside from that, I'm super happy I bought the full version I use it everyday, and definitely recommend it.

Reading rhythm notation has always mysitifed me. I'd look at tabs and listen to the music to pick up the rhythm but decided it was time to learn reading rhythm to make my life easier. This app is honestly, brilliant. Very challenging at times but in a good way. It introduces concepts and reinforces the learning well. I never feel like I'm totally out of my depth or that I've left a concept before I've had time to consolidate my understanding of it

Well made, genuinely useful app. Only complaint: the rhythm imitation seems too easy with the instrument playing. It would be good if there was a way to turn off the instrument play-along, so that you're just tapping out the sheet music without any auditory aid. (As a workaround, I've been turning off the instrument volume in settings, but this is problematic as the instrument sound is crucial in rhythmic dictation, so I have to keep changing the settings around.)

Thank you for the feedback. Imitation drills are not supposed to be challenging: they are about introducing new rhythms, so you can familiarize yourself with them. Reading and dictation drills are where you are actually tested. Hope this helps, best, Stéphane.
