Awful - can't login for tickets but the same login details work on their website. Worse the website wants you to use the app so won't give printable tickets either. Emailed support and they asked me to try everything I'd told them I already did. They then asked for screenshot, but their app doesn't allow it. I have £320 of tickets which I can't access for this weekend. Can't make it up. update: had a developer response to the above, straight away. They've advised I could ask for more support.

Couldn't access my tickets for a festival as there isn't a stable internet connection with so many people trying to get on the network. I'd already added my ticket to my google wallet but that version couldn't't be used for entry. There are so many better systems they could have implemented so that this wouldn't have been an issue. I needed this app for one thing which was to get me into the event I bought a ticket for and it couldn't do that.

One of the most miserable app experiences, and so totally unnecessary since in order to use the tickets I only used the app to add the tickets to a google wallet. An app that could be a link in an email, or, you know, the email could just have the tickets attached. Totally pointless app that feels like a cynical data harvesting exercise and nothing else, but also a badly written, glitchy data harvesting exercise.
