very good app , works well with the fire 🔥 stick , if you can get the track pad to work in the silk browser as a mouse pointer , or in any other browser app on the fire stick , that will be even better , but all in all I can just navigate easier to the app I want to launch, and at night time I can at least see what buttons I'm pressing as in the remote it's very much lights on.

It went from quick to use to multiple steps to do the same thing. now has full Amazon integration rather than just the remote which is all I want, no doubt it's collecting more data and info. if I now have to jump through hoops to change a channel, mess about getting it paired because it no longer recognises the fire stick it did before the update then what use is it. as usual, the update no one needed, uninstalled it.

Want to use this app as your remote? Well it won't let you, literally every time I go to use this app it can't connect to my firestick, and my fire stuck doesn't remember it, and starts the pairing process again, except it doesn't always work. So I'll be forced to pay Amazon a horrendous amount of money for a replacement remote. Absolute waste of time.
