I have paid £11.99 for one month just to try. It was not good for me so after two days I have never used it. There was no mention it will be an auto renew subscription so they took £47.99 for the next two months without sending notifications emails. It's good that I finally notice the charge this month, otherwise I would have been charged monthly in the future without me knowing. Be careful what you sign for.

Update 2: Refunded! They still won't refund even though it's within 14days. I promptly had £47.99 taken from my account for a monthly subscription fee. I'm now in an email back and forth with me demanding they refund (what was stolen) and them making increasingly ludicrous offers of (at the last email) a year free and personal coaching and this and that... It is within the 14 day refund they state on their site, I just want my money back and to have nothing more to do with them.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Signed up on the cheapest plan with a 7 day trial (with the intention of before end of trial), but the incorrect (and higher amount) was taken from my account immediately. I can't get through to any customer service as they have an automated system which is useless and no phone number. When I opt to cancel the subscription in the account it just doesn't do anything. I'm currently going through my bank to put a stop to this. I am also reporting this to a consumer watch body
